Customer Agreement

Welcome to Zionplace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Customer Agreement terms ("Agreement"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Zionplace regarding your use of our marketplace services.

Our platform is built on trust, transparency, and community values. We ask that all members engage with one another honestly and respectfully.

To access certain features of Zionplace, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use.

When you purchase an item or service on Zionplace, you are entering into a direct contract with the seller. Zionplace facilitates these transactions but is not the seller of record.

You agree that you have read the item description and shop policies before making a purchase. You commit to pay for items purchased, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Zionplace provides a venue for buyers and sellers to connect. We do not manufacture, store, or inspect any of the items sold through our platform. We provide the tools to facilitate the marketplace experience safely and efficiently.

All prices are set by the individual sellers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Buyers are responsible for reading the full listing before making a commitment to buy.

We use third-party payment processors to handle secure transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processing partners.

Zionplace does not offer a price-matching or price guarantee policy. Once you commit to a purchase at the listed price, the transaction is considered final regardless of subsequent price changes by the vendor.

If a vendor runs a promotion or sale through the platform's official tools, any applicable discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are determined by individual vendors. Zionplace does not control shipping carriers, delivery schedules, or customs processes for international orders.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Zionplace is not liable for items lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy. In general, you have 14 days from delivery to request a product refund and 7 days from service completion for service refunds.

The Zionplace Guarantee protects buyers if an item is significantly not as described, arrives damaged, or never arrives. Full details are available in our Refund Policy page.

Zionplace is a faith-aligned community. All users are expected to interact with kindness, honesty, and respect. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language.
• Posting misleading reviews or false information.
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees or transact off-platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral programs.

Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent termination at Zionplace's sole discretion.

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a vendor, Zionplace will provide a mediation process. Buyers may escalate unresolved disputes to our Mediation Team within 7 days of a vendor's final response.

Our team reviews all available evidence and renders a binding decision within 3-5 business days. Both parties agree to accept the outcome of the mediation process.

Zionplace may offer reward points, referral bonuses, and loyalty programs. These benefits are subject to the following conditions:

• Reward points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Points expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months.
• Referral bonuses are only credited when the referred user makes a qualifying purchase.
• Abuse of referral systems (including self-referral) will result in forfeiture of all earned rewards.

Zionplace reserves the right to modify or discontinue loyalty and referral programs at any time with reasonable notice.

You may terminate your Zionplace account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination:

• Pending orders will be fulfilled before account closure.
• Unused reward points will be forfeited.
• You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations (e.g., payments owed).

Zionplace may also terminate or suspend your account for violations of this Agreement, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
