This Code of Conduct outlines the expected behavior of all users on Zionplace, including buyers, vendors, and visitors. By using the Platform, you agree to follow these standards as part of your use of Zionplace.
1. Respectful Behavior
All users must treat others with respect and dignity. Harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of harmful or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Zionplace is a faith-based platform, and all interactions must remain kind, honorable, respectful, and constructive.
2. Marketplace Integrity
Users must act honestly in all transactions and interactions on the Platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Posting content that does not reflect and honor the values of the Christian faith • Posting false, misleading, or deceptive listings or information • Selling counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized goods • Manipulating reviews, ratings, or feedback • Engaging in fraudulent transactions or scams • Misrepresenting products, services, or qualifications
All listings and transactions must accurately reflect the product or service being offered.
3. Communication Standards
All communication between users must remain respectful and relevant to transactions or Platform activity.
Users may not: • Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages • Harass or pressure other users • Use abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language • Misuse the Platform messaging systems
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that:
• Dishonors the Christian faith and values • Violates applicable laws or regulations • Infringes on intellectual property rights • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems • Introduces malware, spam, or harmful code • Interferes with the operation or security of the Platform
5. Community Standards
Zionplace is built solely to represent and reflect the values of the Christian faith; hence, all users agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and respectful marketplace environment.
Content or behavior that undermines the integrity or purpose of the Platform will be removed at the discretion of Zionplace.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are expected to maintain accurate listings, fulfill orders responsibly, and communicate clearly with buyers. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and Platform policies.
Failure to meet these standards may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of vendor accounts.
7. Enforcement
Zionplace reserves the right to enforce this Code of Conduct at its sole discretion. Enforcement actions may include:
• Warnings • Temporary suspension of accounts • Permanent termination of accounts • Removal of listings or content • Withholding or reversing payments where fraud or violations are suspected
Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate removal from the Platform.
8. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report violations of this Code of Conduct through the Platform's support channels. Zionplace will review reports and take appropriate action where necessary.
9. Changes to This Code
Zionplace may update this Code of Conduct from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Code.
