Vendor Agreement

Last Updated: June 2026

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding legal agreement between you ("Vendor") and Zionplace. By registering as a vendor on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, which govern your use of the marketplace to list, sell, and manage products or services.

Vendor Eligibility

To become a Vendor on Zionplace, you must represent a legally recognized business entity or be an individual over the age of 18 operating as a sole proprietor. Vendors must align with Zionplace's community values and maintain appropriate licensing and insurance as required by their local jurisdiction for the goods or services offered.

Subscriptions & Billing

Vendors may select from various subscription tiers. Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan. Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in the temporary suspension of marketplace listings.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Listing Policies

All listings must accurately describe the product or service being offered. Vendors must not list prohibited items, including but not limited to illegal goods, hazardous materials, or items that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. Zionplace reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these policies or community standards without prior notice.

Pricing Policy

To ensure market stability and build trust with buyers, Vendors must adhere to our transparent pricing policy. Rapid price fluctuations are discouraged.

Important Restriction:

Vendors are limited to a maximum of three (3) price changes per product per quarter. Promotional discounts configured through the platform's official promotion tools do not count toward this limit.

Commission Structure

Zionplace deducts a commission fee from every successful transaction. The commission rate varies based on the product category and the Vendor's subscription tier.

Payout Terms

Funds from successful sales are held in a secure escrow account until the order is confirmed as fulfilled. Standard payouts are processed to the Vendor's linked bank account on a bi-weekly basis. Vendors must maintain accurate banking information to prevent delays. A reserve amount may be held for new vendors or those with high dispute rates.

Fulfillment Obligations

Vendors are solely responsible for the timely fulfillment and shipping of physical goods, or the accurate delivery of digital goods/services. Physical orders must be marked as shipped with valid tracking information within the handling time specified on the listing (default 3 business days).

Service Response Requirements

Maintaining trust requires responsive communication. Vendors must respond to buyer inquiries and customer support messages within 24 business hours. Failure to meet these response times consistently may negatively impact seller metrics and listing visibility.

Content Guidelines

All text, images, and video content uploaded by the Vendor must be professional, accurate, and free of offensive material. Zionplace values a wholesome community environment. Content must not contain misleading claims, excessive promotional text in images, or direct links to external off-platform sales channels.

Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in their original content. By uploading content to Zionplace, Vendors grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the listings across the platform and affiliated marketing channels.

Reward Program Terms

Participation in Zionplace Vendor Reward programs is subject to eligibility and performance metrics. Rewards, including fee reductions or promotional credits, hold no cash value and may not be transferred. Zionplace reserves the right to modify or terminate reward programs at any time with 30 days' notice.

Data & Privacy

Vendors must handle all buyer data (including shipping addresses and contact information) in strict accordance with Zionplace's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Buyer data provided for order fulfillment must not be used for unsolicited marketing or sold to third parties under any circumstances.
